|Wash rice and boil it in double amount of water, then let it simmer around 20 min until water is gone|
|1 tablespoon sunflower oil
1-2 shot(s) soy sauce (Chinese)
4 sticks of celery
2 green paprika
|Put all ingredients together in 1 pot and cook it on medium heat for 5 min.
By the way, you can use any other vegetables for that dish as well. Spice up with chili flakes if you like it hot.
