Chinesische Gemüsebrühe mit Frühlingszwiebeln

Vegetable bouillon

Soy sauce



Black bean sauce

Sambal Olek

Chinese mushroom paste

1 piece (size of a thumb)

Put the chopped garlic and chopped ginger into a pot with the hot oil and let them sizzle for around 3 min. Then add around 4 liters of water and the other ingredients of this phase and let it cook for around 50 min. Give in some more mushroom paste or black bean sauce or soy sauce after 50 min if the taste is not strong enough anymore.

Spring onions

5 min before serving add the sprouts and the sliced spring onions.
