Wash, peel and chop the vegetables according to the picture and put everything together with 3 liters of water into a big pot and let it boil. For 35 min.
Orange 1/2 Peel the orange and eliminate the seeds. Then add to the soup and let it boil for another 2-3 minutes. Then switch off the fire and blend the soup with your hand blender.
