This time I really just wanted to have some greasy fries with some greasy mayo. Living in Belgium and not eating the delicious mayonnaise is actually quite hard. However, I tried my best and guess what: My boyfriend loved the vegan mayonnaise! Who would have thought so š
Phase | Ingredients | Amounts | How to |
Fries | Potatoes (hard cooking) | 5 big | Pre-heat the oven on 180°C.
Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into Fries-size and pre-cook them in boiling water for around 5 minutes. Then take them out of the water and put them on baking paper, spill some olive oil over them and then put them into the oven. Let them in for around 15-20 min (make sure to take them out before they turn black) š |
Mayonnaise | Liquid of chickpeas or white beans
Citron acid Salt Mustard White vinegar (apple or grape vinegar) Sunflower oil |
I acutually just put the amounts that IĀ thought could give a good result. As such I am having a hard time indicating the exact amounts. I only can say that I used more spicy yellow mustard then I thought I would need š
Millet
Cranberries |

2 Tbsp |
Cook according to the indications on the packaging. The millet and the cranberries are high in proteins and just give a wonderful combination to your veggies and fries.
