Vegan butter

Olive oil (extra vergine)

Vegetable bouillon cubes

Herbes de provences


Salt & Pepper


6 big ones

1,5 Tbsp

2 Tbsp



1 tsp

200 ml

2 pinches

1 liter

Cut the onions into rings and let them become transparent in a pot with the butter and oil. Also add the Herbes de Provence. Once the onions are transparent, fill up with the white wine and the water and add the bouillon cube. Let everything cook for around 15-20 minutes. Taste if further salt is needed.
