Rice

 

As much as you want Prepare the rice according to the instruction on the packaging
Vegetables

 

 

Coconut flakes

 

Chilli

 

Curry Powder

 

Mustard

 

Water

 

Soy cream

 

Sunflower Oil/ Coconut oil

As many and whatever veggies you want in your curry

Put the chopped veggies and the coconut flakes and the oil into the pan and let them heat up for couple of minutes until they are a bit roasted. Once they are a bit roasted fill in 2 shots of water. Then add the rest of the ingredients and let everything cook until the veggies are al dente/done.

 

Garnish with some fresh cilantro.
