Pasta with Pesto

Rice noodles (pasta without gluten and without wheat flour)

 

Fresh herbs such as basil, parsil, rosmary, etc

 

Olive oil

 

Cashew nuts

 

Garlic

 

Salt

 

Beans

As much as you want

 

 

A good bunch of herbs

Cook the pasta according to the instructions of the packaging. Normally it is done within 6 min

 

Put the herbs, chopped garlic, salt, olive oil and nuts into your kitchen mixer and blend.

 

Add the pesto over your hot pasta. I also added some beans over it in order to make my meal a fully nutritional dish.
