|Preheat the oven on 180°C. Mash the bananas and add all other ingredients. If the mixture is not sweet enough for you then add a little bit Algarve syrup, but watch out that it doesn’t become to liquid.
Put 1 Tbsp of your mixture next to another one onto a sheet with baking paper and put it for around 10 minutes into the oven. Make sure to take out the cookies before they turn black 😉
