Potato gratin with mashed sweet potatoes and broccoli salad

You see that this month apparently is my broccoli-month as every second dish seems to be with broccoli. But this vegetable is also just one of the healthiest you can have. See the table below  the neutrinos of broccoli. In this dish the broccoli is done in a salad that gives a fresh twist to the heavy potato dish.

6 big potatoes

Preheat the oven on 180° C. In the meantime, peel the potatoes and slice them with a fine slicing tool. Then put the raw slices into a baking dish and add the rest of the ingredients for the potato gratin. Mix it so that the cream and spices are not just on top.

Salt & Pepper

Peel the sweet potatoes and quarter them. Then put them into boiling water. Let them boil for around 15 minutes. Pour off the water and add the other ingredients. Then mash the sweet potatoes.

Wash and cut the broccoli and let it boil for around 5 min. In the meantime slice the tomatoes and the onion. Put everything together into a bowl and put over the olive oil and citron acid
