|Grilled cabbage||Cabbage||1||Cut pieces of the cabbage as you see on the picture. Shortly boil it in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Preheat your oven on 180 degrees. Put the cabbage into the oven on baking sheets and grill them until the top becomes crispy.|
Salt and pepper
|Peel and boil the potatoes. Once they are boiled, put away the water (maybe leaf 1 shot of hot water) and press the raw garlic toe into the potatoes. Then add the magarine and olive oil and mash everything together. Spice it with salt and pepper!
In order to make the dish not so dry I also added some spinach salad with balsamico vingegar dressing.
