|Roasted potatoes||Potaotes (hard-boiled)||As much as you want||Peel and slice the potatoes. Let them boil for 5 min in hot water so that they are already al dente.

|Peel and slice the onion and let it sizzle till transparent in the oil and margarine. Also add the sugar.
Once onions are transparent, take the potatoes out of the pot with water and put them into the pan and let them roast. Add the caraway.
