Tofu Avocado Bowl

Tofu

Sundried tomatoes

Olive Oil

 

½ Tofu package

1 Tbsp

Quarter the tofu as shown on the picture and put it into a heated pan (middle heat) with olive oil. Also add the sundried tomatoes and bake until light brown.

 

Iceberg salad

Beans

Tomatoes

Cucumber

Avocado

Citric acid

Olive Oil (extra virgine)

Salt & Pepper

 

  In the meanwhile, prepare your bowl. I added the ingredients as listed here, however you can put whatever you like in your bowl.

Season your bowl with the citric acid, olive oil, salt & pepper. Instead of vinegar I always use citric acid as I think it has a fresher taste.
