Prepare the quinoa as indicated on the packaging. Once the quinoa is done please chop the garlic and onion and add them together with the other ingredients to the quinoa. |

Just cut the top from the paprika and take out all the seeds. Then boil the paprika shortly for 2-3 minutes. Afterwards place it (still without filling) into the preheated oven of 200°C together with the chopped fennel and the halfs of onions and some drops of olive oil. After around 15-20 min in the oven, take out the paprika and add the filling. Then put everything again in the oven for around 10-15 min. |
